Newport Grand Contracts with
Rite-Solutions to Develop and Implement Player Rewards Program
Newport, RI – January 18, 2007 – Rite-Solutions, an innovative software and technology solutions company based in Middletown, RI, has been contracted to design and implement a comprehensive player tracking and rewards system for Newport Grand. Called Rite-Trac, the specialized suite of applications provides Newport Grand with a fully integrated management solution, allowing the gaming facility to offer a real player rewards program to patrons by tracking machine play in real-time. Upon Lottery approval, the rolling implementation is expected to begin in mid-January.

Rite-Solutions worked with local businesses to develop the system’s accompanying hardware. Montego Net, of Portsmouth, designed and manufactured the self-service kiosks at which players may track their Rewards Points balances and promotional offers. ElectroStandards, of Cranston, was contracted to design and implement the network, and Allstate Fabricators, also of Cranston, was contracted to design and manufacture the hardware mounting system on the video slot machines.

Newport Grand is currently enrolling patrons in the “Newport Grand Rewards” program. To enroll, patrons should visit the Newport Grand Rewards Center, located in the lobby of Newport Grand. Under the new program, participants accrue points based on machine play, which can be redeemed for food, beverage, and merchandise.
