• To obtain your Newport Grand Rewards Card, you must go to the Newport Grand Rewards Center and present state and/or federally issued photo identification. This identification must include date of birth and your current address. The following rules also apply:
  • Newport Grand Rewards members must be 18 years of age or older.
  • As a Newport Grand Rewards member you are responsible for properly inserting the card into the card reader at each slot machine and verifying its acceptance in order to earn points. The card must remain inserted at all times during play to accrue points.
  • Newport Grand Rewards points can be redeemed for food, beverages, retail merchandise items and other approved privileges and rewards. All redemption is based upon point availability and must be supported by valid matching identification. Newport Grand Slots reserves the right to substitute any privileges or rewards at its sole discretion.
  • The Newport Grand Rewards Card may be used only by the Newport Grand Rewards member whose name appears on the card.
  • Newport Grand Rewards points may not be used for gambling purposes.
    Points are not redeemable for lottery tickets or cash.
  • Newport Grand Rewards points are not transferable, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or used as payment for obligations to Newport Grand Slots.
  • Newport Grand Rewards points contained within an account that features no gaming activity for a consecutive 12-month period will be removed from the account balance.
  • Newport Grand Slots Management reserves the right to adjust any point balances resulting from malfunction, operator error and/or fraud.
  • Newport Grand Slots reserves the right to approve, deny or revoke membership in the Newport Grand Rewards program to any individual or refuse to fulfill any Newport Grand Rewards point redemption request for any reason.
  • Participation in the Newport Grand Rewards program grants permission by Newport Grand Rewards members to Newport Grand Slots for use of their names and/or likenesses for promotional materials without compensation.
  • Employees of Newport Grand Slots and their spouses may not participate in the Newport Grand Rewards program.
  • All rewards and benefits under the Newport Grand Rewards program are offered at the sole discretion of Newport Grand Slots. Newport Grand Slots reserves the right to alter or amend any program feature or benefit at any time, including, without limitation, adjusting point accrual or redemption criteria, establishing conditions of expiration for inactive accounts or canceling or suspending the Newport Grand Rewards program at any time.
